The rehabbed studio's history dates back to the early 1900’s with it’s original owner being a cobbler, until it transitioned into a zinc foundry where it remained for over 50 years. The foundry was even rumored to cast oscar awards at this very spot! We underwent a major tranformation, bringing this little slice of history into a modern more open concept photography studio while maintaining it’s original industrial vibe. We have two dedicated parking spots in back by the loading dock. The rest is abundant free street parking around the space.

A studio manager will be on site for the duration of all rentals. All bookings start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up times. No smoking, illegal substances or dangerous conduct permitted. Alcoholic beverages without prior permission and additional liability insurance are not allowed. Our guests are free to use any licensed and insured DJ, caterer or alcohol vendor at our space, though we do ask that you submit them for our approval prior to booking. No modifications to the studio shall be made. The studio must be left in the condition it was found. Additional Charges: $150 Cleaning Fee (An additional cleaning fee may be incurred due to larger events, longer bookings with multiple days or kitchen use with food prep) (Damage fees may apply) We simply ask that you remain respectful and courteous of the space, create a safe working environment, leave the studio in the same condition, and most of all have a great time.
A Warehouse, Office And Workshop All In One
You are welcome to move anything around in the studio. At the end of your production we ask that everything be returned to it's rightful place.
We have been diligent with keeping the space clean and refreshed after each and every guest comes through. It is a job we don't take lightly. Stay well!
Thank you Jeff (and team!) for having us celebrate our 10th year church anniversary in your spacious studio. The kitchen was exactly what we need for our massive potluck. Your staff were very helpful with solving different situations during our event. You really have everything someone would need to host any event.
Tv Studios & Office Space For Rent
Phenomenal open space, with the ability to also have smaller areas for group work. Host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating. The common areas were also well stocked with supplies, making it welcoming and also feel like a space we all felt comfortable in.
Great space everyone loved it, I used it for a baby shower, Jeff responds fast, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a big space.
The host and his staff were very helpful and exceeded all my expectations! Everyone who entered the space was just as AMAZED as I was when I originally saw it. Thank you for helping to make it a special night for the everyone! Most importantly, the bride and groom!

This was a wonderful choice for our GP Dinner for our friends at Turing. Jeff was clear and responsive and his associate Olivia was on site to answer questions and help us with a smooth setup and pack out. We would book again. My only wish would be that we could have had the event rental company drop off and pick up outside of our own rental hours, something other spaces we've worked with have allowed.
This space was perfect for our lunch and learn for a select group of customers. The space is very aesthetically pleasing with the exposed brick and decor choices. The space was exactly as represented in the listing. Also, the on-site manager was very kind - our plans changed a bit and she helped us rearrange furniture and even had items on hand that we had forgotten to bring.
